How will I receive my ticket?+
Your Shopify order confirmation is your ticket confirmation. Keep the email and use the same name at check-in.
Can I pay with Apple Pay?+
Apple Pay can appear automatically in the express checkout area on eligible Apple devices when it is enabled in Shopify Payments.
How does Zelle payment work?+
Choose the Zelle checkout button, complete your contact details, then select Zelle on the payment step. Your order remains pending until Tea'sily verifies the payment.
Are tickets transferable?+
Contact Tea'sily before the event with the original purchaser's name and the new guest's name. Transfer approval depends on the event's final check-in deadline.
