No Refunds:
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any tea products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all our customers receive fresh, uncontaminated products.

Store Credit ONLY:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to receive a store credit which you can utilize at any time.

Store Credit Usage:
- Store Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
- Store Credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
- Each Store Credits is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@teasilyteas.com so we can address the issue.
