- No Refunds:
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any tea products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all our customers receive fresh, uncontaminated products.
- Voucher Issuance:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to receive a voucher. This voucher can be used towards the purchase of a different tea from our selection.
- Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) vouchers.
- How to Request a Voucher:

- Provide your order number, the name of the tea you are unsatisfied with, and a brief explanation of your concern.
- Voucher Usage:
- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

- Each voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Exceptions:
- This policy does not apply to promotional items or products received as gifts.
